Editing Options

After we go through the sample edit process, the majority of my editing packages* have the same structure, with different variables: 
1) I start almost every single project with a Manuscript Evaluation. It is a rare exception that I don't start here (See the ME page for more info).
2) After you review the ME (I typically give you up to two weeks), we meet to clarify goals for the project based on your vision and my feedback from the ME. 
3) Move directly into either a Developmental, Line-by-line, or Substantive edit, depending on the outcome of that meeting. Of course, if we decide to part ways after the Manuscript Evaluation, you won't pay for anything other than the cost of the ME. ​​
